HugoAristides.com is a brand of Bicifi LLC, offering coaching and consulting services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. No Professional Certification
I am not a Certified Financial Planner, Investment Advisor, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist. I strongly recommend consulting certified professionals for financial, psychological, or medical advice.
3. Voluntary Participation and Faith
Our sessions may include Catholic contemplative prayer and meditation based on the Catholic Bible and teachings of Jesus, following Vatican-approved mystics. No recruitment or faith imposition is intended. Participation is voluntary, and people of all faiths are welcome. You may cancel services anytime without refund as per our policies.
4. Donations and Payments
All donations are voluntary and do not constitute payment for services. Donations are not tax-deductible as this is a for-profit business. Donations are not purchases of stocks, equity, or participation in startups presented by other participants.
5. Network and Referral Commissions
I may receive commissions for referring you to other professionals or services. I am not responsible or liable for their services, procedures, or effectiveness.
6. Business Transactions and Compensation
If you connect with other participants resulting in positive business transactions, I reserve the right to receive 20% of net profits from such deals.
If your sales increase due to participation, this business is entitled to 5% of the sales uplift (documented), 10% of related cost savings, and 20% of deployed profits resulting from strategies or techniques shared.
7. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific results. Coaching is a medium for growth and development, not a promise of success.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be issued after service delivery or donation acceptance. You may cancel services in advance according to the cancellation policy specified at booking.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on hugoaristides.com, including templates, documents, and digital media, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Liability
HugoAristides.com is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. You agree to use services at your own risk.
11. Confidentiality
All personal and business information you share with HugoAristides.com is confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties without your consent except as required by law.
