A Bit About Me and My Research
I began my career as a stockbroker and adjunct professor of corporate finance and then training financial advisors across Latin America, believing that good financial education could change lives. But over time, I realized that behind every number and product pitch, something essential was missing...
I shifted into the multinational industrial world as a P&L and sales executive — leading corporate business development and sales operations from a lean six sigma perspective. At the same time, I was still intrigued by how the mind and economics work so I deepened my personal research in neuroeconomics and the hidden relationship between stress, motivation, and money. Some of my former investment distributors network I used to manage started to ask me to become a speaker at their customer events. I launched a side business about mind and financial education. But to live on it I had to sell investments and earn a commission from it. I did not want to educate and in the meantime having a conflict of interest with my pocket. In order to promote financial education for the middle class then I wrote my first ebook in amazon "El modelo de la bicicleta financiera" (In spanish). Without knowing I was already in my hero journey (See the hero's journey by Joseph Campbell one of the key authors at the Authors button below) ...
At some point I could perceive that my own ambition was driven by lets say strong emotions. I was walking through a desert without knowing it. I submerged myself in deep Latin America retreats and contemplative training and I could connect the dots with the mind and economic impulse research I started back then. I expanded my research now guided by global experts in self knowledge and spiritual expansion. (See key Authors button below).
That awakening led me into a contemplative path. I began hosting prayer-based reflection sessions — not as a guide, but as a fellow seeker — Yet others began asking for guidance, and from there emerged a this experiential coaching practice. Some people I still accompany pro bono others through donations. But I had to face a simple truth: this spiritual work, as meaningful as it is, wasn’t financially sustainable on its own. I chose to continue my corporate responsibilities while remaining open to what the spirit has been unfolding. This is the reason it is pro bono or donations/gifts based as I only have some hours per week specially during Saturdays in the morning.
One of the most unexpected breakthroughs came during a big family reunion while staying at an ancient Quimbaya coffee farm named Sazagua in the Colombian mountains. Surrounded by silence, memory and plenty of "Tree of life" pictures. I began writing Sazagua (in Amazon, Spanish), my first novel — or perhaps a soul-telenovela — a story rooted in identity, longing, and ancestral awakening.
Through it all, I’ve come to believe that what I truly seek to help expand is the entrepreneurial spirit — not just as a business drive, but as a sacred impulse that arises from within. Whether helping angel investors move beyond frustration, supporting entrepreneurs to express their deepest ambitions or crashing at their frustrations, helping accelerators with dense challenges to overcome or building corporate growth strategies with purpose — I bring everything I’ve learned to align action with soul.
This is the intersection where I live and work: finance, strategy, six sigma, Lean, creativity, innovation and inner truth — walking with those ready to move from pressure to attention, from confusion to clarity, from body signals to trust and from ambition to alignment.
Although I still manage this as a side business not conflicting with my corporate duties, I did have a deep revelation during our latest vacations in California. I had to reorganize all the material I have built and redesign my web page with the best technology possible. All my comments are my own and do not represent the companies I work for or I have worked in the past. Lets see where this takes us...

The Thinkers Who Illuminate My Path
In my journey toward conscious entrepreneurship and startup acceleration, I’ve drawn deep insight from the work of spiritual and philosophical pioneers such as Anthony de Mello, Teresa of Ávila, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Pierre Teilhard de Chardin among others. Their teachings have helped me integrate emotional clarity, mindfulness, and a sense of transcendent purpose into my coaching and financial stress work. This page honors their legacy and explores how their wisdom continues to inspire a new model of leadership from the inside out.
